The Automatic High Speed Rotary Vial Washing Machine is an important part of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. It works by holding the ampoules and turning them over so that different nozzles may clean the interior of each container. The machine has six washing stations covered in domes, providing three different types of internal water washes and three air washes to make sure the ampoules are thoroughly cleaned on the inside. It also comes with a single air and water wash for cleaning the ampoules outside surfaces. A complex computer system manages the whole washing process, providing accurate timing and coordination of the some washing phases and keeping track on important variables including water temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
In simpler terms, the machine holds the ampoules and uses special nozzles to clean them thoroughly from the inside.
