Cream Production Plant

Cream Production Plant

Lodha Machine is a leading manufacturer and exporter of cream production plants, essential equipment utilized in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, herbals, agrochemicals, and chemicals. These highly demanded machines are designed that accelerate and improve cream, lotion, and gel manufacturing by mixing solid and liquid materials. A cream production plant, also known as a cream manufacturing plant, consists of three interconnected vessels, each dedicated to a specific operation. These vessels are linked through pipelines to form a comprehensive, automatic cream manufacturing system. The water phase vessel heats the water, the oil phase vessel melts the paraffin wax, and the manufacturing vessel blends the various ingredients. Each vessel is equipped with either bottom or top entry agitators to ensure homogeneous blending. Additionally, a high-speed chopper with a double mechanical seal is provided at the bottom of the manufacturing vessel for high-shear mixing operations.

Cream manufacturing plants are sophisticated systems that employ modern techniques to improve production efficiency. These pharmaceutical machines are invaluable for producing high-quality products in industries such as pharmaceuticals, herbals, and cosmetics.A cream manufacturing plant offers producers flexibility and is equipped with innovative features, making it an excellent choice for optimal performance.

Cream and ointment preparations are commonly used to treat conditions such as rashes, skin irritation, stings, and fungal infections. These formulations offer an effective method for delivering active ingredients directly to the affected area. Creams can be either water-in-oil (w/o) or oil-in-water (o/w) emulsions. These emulsions typically consist of waxes, emollients, and lubricants dispersed in an oil phase, and a water phase containing emulsifying, stabilizing, and thickening agents, as well as preservatives and, in some cases, colorants.

Lodha Machine has been manufacturing and exporting high-quality rubber bung processor cum sterilizers to the global pharmaceutical industry for over 29+ years. Lodha Machine is a globally renowned company in the pharma industry, known for its commitment to providing superior pharmaceutical machinery. Our dedication to customer satisfaction has made us an established name in the industry.

Despite the great variety in ingredients, formulationand product viscosity, most production processes can be broken down into four steps:

  • Preparation of Oil Phase: Mineral oil or silicone oil is used to distribute flake/powder materials, which are sometimes dry mixed in advance. Melting some substances may necessitate heating.
  • Hydration of aqueous phase ingredients: In a different container, the emulsifiers, thickenersand stabilisers are mixed with the water. In order to speed up the hydration process, heat may be needed.
  • Forming the Emulsion: The emulsion is formed when the two components are thoroughly mixed with vigourous stirring.
  • Dispersion of the Active Ingredient: Although it may only account for a tiny percentage of the whole formulation, the active component must be distributed evenly throughout the product for optimal yield and efficacy.
