The machine consists of 6 to 8 washing stations, each equipped with three to five internal water washes and three to five air washes. The internal water washes utilize three different types of water: Recycled Water, Purified Water, and Water for Injection (WFI). These water washes are responsible for thoroughly cleaning the inside of the vials. Following the water washes, the air washes that any residual moisture is removed from the vials' interior. Additionally, to clean the external surface of the vials, the machine has one water wash and one air wash specifically dedicated to this purpose.
