After disinfecting the vial tray, it is placed on the machine's "In-feed" turntable. The vials are then moved along an SS conveyor and grabbed by a star wheel. The vials are filled using an SS syringe. Once filled, a pneumatic system with a cylinder uses compressed air to attach rubber stoppers to the vials. The filled vials with inserted stoppers are then transported by the SS conveyor to a collection tray, completing the process efficiently and hygienically.
