Sterilization & Dehydrogenating Tunnel

Sterilization tunnels (dehydrogenation tunnels) move pharmaceutical equipment through a high-heat tunnel at a set pace to sterilize it. To maintain heat, these tunnels must be certified routinely. Real-time data recorders help thermal map continuous processing sterilizing tunnels. These may record temperature throughout the process flow.

Besides the high temperature within dehydrogenation tunnels, measurement equipment must be entered at one end and recovered at the other. This typically delays and ruins equipment. We created a high-temperature data recorder that provides real-time sterilizing tunnel data wirelessly. This high-temperature data logger can resist +350 °C and can be readily introduced at one end of the tunnel and retrieved at the other.

Dry Heat Sterilizer

The load may be disinfected in a steam sterilizer, but not dehydrogenated, hence the Dry Heat Sterilizer is used for items like glassware and metal containers that are sensitive to humidity. The pressure-resistance of the finished ring came from being created hydraulically, without any joints. Argon arc welding was used on all other joints. The use of dry heat for sterilization and dehydrogenation ensures that all microorganisms are killed and removed from the product. These dry heat sterilizers are made entirely of stainless steel and sterilize through air.

The following sealing process is just as diverse, providing you with a selection of options such as gas burning or the insertion of a vacuum stopper for containers that need to be sealed firmly. The filling quality is further improved by in-process control, which performs continual checks of the filling weight and the placement of the stopper.

Visual Ampoule Inspection Machine

Glass container leak detection and testing apparatus. High-voltage technology is used by a machine that is fully automated for the purpose of ampoule, injection cylinder/cartridgeand injection bottle/vial inspection. The equipment examines each container at a total of four different inspection spots. The detection of the fluctuating impedance of a container that is filled with an electrically conducting liquid serves as the foundation for the testing concept.

The containers are inspected for the following issues: hairline cracks and pinholes; inadequate glass wall thickness; capillary pores; leaky fusion points, sealing pointsand ampoule neck tips; and a lack of fill.
