The process begins with sterilized dry bottles fed through the in-feed turntable. Suitable guides direct the bottles onto a flat conveyor belt at the required speed. As the bottles move through the filling station, the rotating funnels vibrate to a smooth flow of powder into each bottle.
After filling, the bottles are automatically capped using the integrated capping system.
