The process begins with sterilized dry bottles fed through the in-feed turntable. Suitable guides direct the bottles onto a flat conveyor belt at the required speed. The filling head, mounted on the machine's top plate, dispenses the dry syrup powder into the bottles. The vacuum and air pressure-based powder wheel system has perfect and consistent filling. As the bottles move through the filling station, the rotating funnels vibrate to a smooth flow of powder into each bottle.
After filling, the bottles are automatically capped using the integrated capping system.
