Standard cycles include 121°C and 134°C settings for textiles, medical instruments, rubber, etc.
Additional cycles, such as a Prion cycle, can be programmed and validated to meet customer specifications.
The chamber temperature is uniformly distributed with a deviation of less than 0.5°C.
The touch screen shows cycle status and alarms, with cycle data stored on the PLC and available from the integrated printer.
Six factory pre-programmed cycles are included.

Construction

The chamber is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel 316 with a stand pressure of 2.2 Kg/cm2 corresponding to a temperature of 1340 °C, and also with a stand vacuum of 650-700 mm (26"/28") of Hg.

Two rails are provided in the chamber bottom for easy loading & unloading of the material on Carriage.

Doors

The Sterilizer is supplied with single or double doors made of 304/316 or S.S. The doors are either automatic sliding type or manual Manual Hinge type doors. The doors will have a unique arrangement to open them manually in case of power failure.

The door gasket will be made of silicone rubber.
