The R&D Tablet Coating Pan is designed to evenly coat tablets with precision. The process begins by placing the tablets in a closed drum that rotates continuously in an orbital manner. This rotation is guided by a streamlined plate, which helps maintain a consistent motion. As the drum rotates, the coating medium is sprayed automatically in a controlled manner, preventing any excess coating on the tablets.
