The operation of the automatic aseptic powder filling machine begins with sterilized powder stored in the hopper, which is agitated by mechanical agitators to maintain consistent bulk density. The powder wheel, equipped with eight ports and pistons, rotates at a predetermined speed beneath the powder hopper with minimal clearance. Vacuum pressure make sure perfect powder volume is sucked into the ports, and excess powder is removed by an adjustable doctor blade.
