The Injection Ampoule Filling Machine works by carefully filling and sealing small glass containers called ampoules, without any human touch to keep them sterile. First, a tray of clean, empty ampoules is placed into the machine’s slanted hopper. The machine has a special star-shaped wheel that moves each ampoule one at a time onto a moving rack that can hold one, two, four, or six ampoules at once.
As the rack stops at different points, the machine performs several steps. It first removes any air from the ampoules (pre-gassing), then fills them with the liquid, adds more gas to keep them sterile (post-gassing), heats them to prepare for sealing, and finally seals them shut. Once the ampoules are filled and sealed, they are automatically placed onto a collection tray, all without being touched by human hands, they remain clean and sterile.
