Automatic Bottle Lug Capping Machine

The automatic bottle lug capping machine process is designed to be as fast and user-friendly as possible. The entire process starts with the bottles or jars being loaded onto the conveyor, which delivers them to the capping machine. The infeed star wheel positions each container accurately under the capping head. If a bottle is missing, the "No Bottle - No Cap" system makes sure that the machine stops to prevent any errors. The capping head, synchronized by a single drive with the star wheel and turret, descends to place the lug or twist-off cap onto the bottle. The "No Cap - Machine Stop" system makes sure the machine halts if no cap is detected, preventing any potential damage or waste.

During the capping process, an overload clutch system on the infeed and exit star wheels prevents bottle breakage by stopping the machine in case of any jams or overloads. Once the cap is securely in place, the bottles are transported to the exit star wheel and then to the next stage of production. The machine’s hopper and other components can be easily dismantled for thorough cleaning, assuring hygiene and reducing downtime. With minimal changeover and setting times, this machine is designed to handle various bottle and jar sizes efficiently, making it a diverse and reliable addition to any production line.
