Sterilized ampoule trays are loaded directly into the unit's slant hopper. A synchronized star wheel delivers the ampoules one by one onto a moving eccentric ampoule rack in groups of four. During the rack's stoppage, pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and final sealing occur sequentially. The filled and sealed ampoules are then automatically collected on a collection tray without any manual handling.
