Super Heated Water Spray Sterilizer Machine

Super Heated Water Spray Sterilizer Machine

Lodha Machine is a leading manufacturer and exporter of super heated water spray sterilizer machines, which are highly demanded in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, food, herbals, agrochemicals, and chemicals. Superheated water spray sterilizers are particularly designed to provide ultimate sterilizing. These machines feature a water recirculation system through a sanitary pump and spray system, which heats and cools the products to be sterilized efficiently. This makes them ideal for sterilizing infusion products, blister-packed items, and large volumes of liquids sealed in glass or plastic containers. Lodha Machine's super heated water spray sterilizers comply with EN and DIN standards, assuring perfect quality and reliability.

Our super heated water spray sterilizer machines are completely designed to meet the terminal sterilization requirements essential in the pharmaceutical industry. Each unit from Lodha Machine is designed with a circular inner chamber and a rectangular door. They are equipped with a fully automatic control system, touch screen control panel, and a thermal printer, making operation easy and convenient for users. Terminal sterilization offers a greater level of sterility assure than sterilization that is aseptic.

This understanding drives regulatory agencies worldwide to mandate that if a product can be terminally sterilized, it must be. Hot water sterilization technology with counterpressure is specifically developed for the terminal treatment of solutions in sealed containers.

Our highly heated water spray sterilizer equipment uses automated counter pressure, which is done by inserting compressed air into the sterilization chamber during the cycle. This minimizes the differential pressure across the containers caused by heat exposure. The water shower over the product assures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber during sterilization. The high rate of water circulation and the two-stage water distribution system deliver accurate and homogeneous temperature distribution in the product. The physical contact of water with the container allows for more efficient heat transfer, and process efficiency is not compromised by air pockets. The pressure in the chamber is continuously adjusted to match the internal pressure of the containers, allowing easy and accurate control of the entire process.

Lodha Machine has been manufacturing and exporting high-quality super heated water spray sterilizer machines to the global pharmaceutical industry for over 29 years. We are a globally renowned company in the pharma industry, known for our commitment to providing superior pharmaceutical machinery. Our dedication to customer satisfaction has made us an established name in the industry.

The process of operation of a super heated water spray sterilizer machine begins by filling the chamber with circulation water (DM water). This water is then drawn with the help of a centrifugal pump and heated using an external heat exchanger. The heated water is showered over the load through a proper distribution system inside the chamber. Sterilization is carried out at a preset temperature level and time. Cooling is achieved by supplying water to the heat exchanger, which indirectly cools the circulation water. Air counter pressure is maintained throughout the process to prevent damage to the product containers.
