The process of operation of a super heated water spray sterilizer machine begins by filling the chamber with circulation water (DM water). This water is then drawn with the help of a centrifugal pump and heated using an external heat exchanger. The heated water is showered over the load through a proper distribution system inside the chamber. Sterilization is carried out at a preset temperature level and time. Cooling is achieved by supplying water to the heat exchanger, which indirectly cools the circulation water. Air counter pressure is maintained throughout the process to prevent damage to the product containers.
