The operation of the sterile vial powder filling machine begins with sterilized powder stored in the powder hopper, which is agitated by mechanical agitators to maintain consistent bulk density. The powder wheel, equipped with eight ports and pistons, rotates at a predetermined speed beneath the powder hopper with minimal clearance.
