The process starts by filling the hopper with tablets. The tablets move onto the conveyor belt through vibration. One operator checks the front side of the tablets at one end of the belt, while another operator checks the reverse side at the other end. The machine has an endless nylon conveyor belt, powered by a variable-speed motor, designed to show both sides of the tablets for thorough checking.
