Rapid Mixer Granulator

Lodha's high shear mixer - granulator may be outfitted with either an automated or manual dosing system for powders or binding solution, allowing for maximum performance throughout the processes of dry powder mixing, wet powder mixingand granulation.

Fluid Bed Dryer

Our innovative structure induces a regulated flow of air across the product bed. This ensures consistent granulation with less time spent processing. The air flow in a fluidized bed dryer is managed with the help of an AC frequency controllerand the input and outlet air's relative humidity is tracked in real time.

Vibro Sifter

By increasing the number of sieve layers, the product is sieved with varying fine nesses to achieve precise particle size distribution, making the Vibro sifter an ideal tool for screening incoming ingredients and performing final production inspection of finished powders.
