The process operation of the rotary high-speed bottle capping machine is designed for efficiency and quality . The process starts with the bottles being loaded into the machine via a conveyor belt. As the bottles move through the infeed star wheel, they are precisely positioned under the capping heads. The Infeed star wheel is equipped with an overload clutch system to prevent bottle breakage and assure smooth operation.

Once the bottles are in place, the caps are fed into the capping system through the cap feeder, which operates on a variable speed system.
